Common Tracking Questions

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is in your shipment confirmation email from RongRong Supply Chain. It begins with NX followed by your shipment type (A=air, O=ocean) and a unique number.

How long until tracking updates appear?

Air shipments update in near real-time. Ocean shipments update every 12–24 hours. If there is no update for over 48 hours, contact your account manager.

My shipment says 'Customs Hold' — what do I do?

Contact your account manager immediately. Our customs team will identify the issue and resolve it. Most holds are resolved within 1–2 business days.

Can I track multiple shipments at once?

Yes — active clients have portal access with a full dashboard showing all open shipments simultaneously.
